Cristian is the driving force behind Premier Property Group. With more than a fifteen years of success in the Central Florida real estate industry, Cristian’s knowledge and passion truly set him apart within his industry. Having served on the executive management teams for five of Downtown Orlando’s high-rise residential towers, Cristian has cemented his reputation as an expert on high-rise living in downtown Orlando, and an expert on this dynamic urban market. With extensive experience in development design, developer and retail finance, and broad-scale marketing strategies for both developers and private property owners, Cristian provides his clients with a unique perspective on the real estate industry.

 

 

 

  • Designated as President of Condo Developer, LLC and managing member to the four development companies handling the 26 million dollar purchase of The VUE at Lake Eola.
  • Handling all US acquisitions of other distress assets for The VUE at Lake Eola senior investors.
  • Created Premier Property Group to become an independantly owned real estate company handling sales and leasing for both developers and private owners, and handling private party management as well as condo association management with a goal to always provide exemplary service to our clients.
  • Named for a second time in his career as a member of the Top 100 Realtors of Orlando by Orlando Magazine for 2010.
  • Appointed to Director of Sales and Marketing for Sanctuary and Star Tower
  • Launched Premier Property Group of RE/MAX Town Centre, marketing and selling condos in 101 Eola, Sanctuary, Solaire, Star Tower, Paramount on Lake Eola, The Vue, and Waverly
  • Oversaw Solaire auction, one of the most successful residential high rise auctions in downtown Orlando, selling more than 8 million in 1 day.
  • Appointed the Director of Marketing for Paramount on Lake Eola
  • Appointed the Director of Sales and Marketing for the Solaire at the Plaza
