Carolina has over 15 years’ experience in real estate sales, she graduated from the University of West Florida with a degree in B.S. Marketing, went thru the Management Skills Training program at Pepsico, graduated from the Making of a Leader program from the Orlando Regional Realtor Association and served on the Short Sales Task Force of ORRA. She also holds four real estate designations or certifications: GRI, CDPE, TRC and CAM and is a CIPS candidate. She is an active member of the Orlando Regional International Council and of NAHREP.
As a home owner, landlord, Realtor® and community association manager, Carolina has dealt with many aspects of the real estate world. She’s fluent in Spanish and has lived and travels extensively overseas. She’s our specialist in international marketing, having formed strong relationships with other real estate professionals in foreign countries. She has presented real estate buyer’s seminars in Central Florida and overseas, served as a consultant and market an upscale residential project in Panama which has help her represents foreign nationals coming to sell property they owned or to buy property as investments or vacation homes in Florida.
Carolina has served for over a dozen years as President, Treasurer and Secretary of various condominiums and home owners associations locally. Her knowledge of the condominium market is extremely valuable in understanding the outlook for the real estate market.
